I am planning to have a rear single floor extension into my garden and I am finding it quite challenging to find a reasonable builder whose existing projects I can view in person. I have all permissions in place and I am just waiting for the party wall survey to finish.

I am rather confused due to the massive range in prices. So many builders have told me it is a relatively straight forward job.

I am in Gassiot Road, SW17 and I was hoping to start this month, perhaps in two weeks?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a reasonably priced builder please?
