I need to find a plumber who can look intelligently at a couple of problems we are having with our heating system malfunctioning - but the problem is not with the new boiler, rather with the other bits around it (drainage etc) which we did not change when we replaced the boiler. So s/he needs to be a general plumber rather than a heating engineer, and one with a 'can-do' problem-solving approach! Thanks for any advice.
