The meningitis B Vaccine is £150 per vaccine but the schedule requires either 2 or 3 vaccines dependant on the child’s age.
The vaccine is administered by a GP or nurse at the Private Practice.
We offer same day appointments whereas there may be a waiting list at Boots/Superdrug.
This price includes the consultation with the practitioner who will advise you on doses for your child, dependent on their age/health.
They will also talk through the associated risks or side effects that may occur and will advise for that. The practitioner will wait with your child for a period of time after the injection in case there is any allergic reaction which will need immediate medical intervention and also require the appropriate equipment and drugs (Epinephrine) on hand.
