Hi there,

Looking for a housekeeper/cleaner in Clapham Common North Side.
Twice or 3 times a week. Days are Monday, Thursday (4 hours each day) [b]or [/b]Tuesday, Friday (4 hours each day) [b]or[/b] Monday, Wednesday, Friday (3 hours each day)

Must be recommended and proactive, good at laundry and tidying.

Duties include:
Cleaning house - 4 bedroom house, 2 bathrooms, cleaning kitchen and bathrooms, dusting rest of house, dust mop wooden floors throughout. Vaccuum stairs only and not wooden floors
Clean kitchen floor and surfaces on each visit
Laundry - doing it, drying it, ironing what is necessary and putting it all away
Keeping the house tidy, putting things in their places, not just randomly hidden in drawers or in a bag
Help with organising to find places for everything
Additional cleaning in to cycle free as needed - cleaning oven, dusting skirting boards, cleaning refrigerator, cleaning the extractor fan, dusting the shutters, cleaning inside of widows and arrange for someone to do outside of windows
