Re: Writing a will

Hi! I'm a Private Client solicitor & deal with Wills & Probate. I love in the Balham/Tooting area and work part-time in the West End at Judge Sykes Frixou solicitors. I have done a lot of Wills for parents (& teachers) at Henry Cavendish school (where my little one goes) and try to make the process easier by meeting locally although I'm more than happy for you to come into my firm - we are on Kingsway. If you are interested, text me on 07931 362018.

Our charges for a simple Will is £350 plus VAT or £650 plus VAT for a couple. Including a trust will increase the price slightly depending on the complexity required. I have a questionnaire I require clients to complete, which gives me a better idea of their circumstances and requirements. I can then advise you on the options open to you and best way forward.

I look forward to hearing from you.
Best wishes,
Louisa

Writing a will

Hi there
My husband and I have been meaning to do it for a very long time and would really appreciate some advice or recommendations of who to use to help write our will. I think it should be fairly straightforward (but we would like to include a 'life interest trust' to protect the assets for our children), so just wondered how much it should cost (approx.) and if anyone had any tips on who to use please? It seems like there are so many options and the cost varies from £100 - £1000. We don't want to cut costs, but also don't want to get ripped off.
Thank you in advance for any advice!
