Hi, I use a small family run property manager called Tall Buildings who are in Balham and they are fantastic. Having been super frustrated with the big companies who charge loads but take ages to actually do anything, I found Tall Buildings charge a smaller fee and really look after my flat and the tenants are very happy with them too.
