Our nanny's hours start at 3.15 for a 3.30 school pick up. Usually not needed but means she can go to our house first to pick up snacks/scooter etc if needed depending on what our daughter is doing after school.

Just wondering what the norm is for nanny's travel time. Fir a 3.30 pm school pick up does the contract start at 3.30 or do you allow slight cushion for travel time?
