Hello all,
I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Jane Wake, and NVN, for the prize of 6 sessions with Baby-a-Wake. I have just finished, and signed up for more!
I especially enjoy the Body back after baby sessions- I am not normally a workout sort of person, preferring a long walk in the park. However I now realise how unfit I was (am), and saw an improvement in my level after just 2 sessions. I was worried about my lack of coordination which usually embarrasses me in aerobics classes, but there is a great positive vibe from Jane and the other mums, and the babies in the class provide enough distraction to cover any dodgy turns! It's a nice way to meet other mums and also the babies get to socialise, and if you feel too tired you can take a cheeky break to feed/change your baby during the class!
I've also tried the postnatal pilates, and a Pilates Flow taster (without the baby- so I could concentrate on the position).
Definitely recommended. You don't have to bring a baby but if you do Jane will ensure you can take part even if they are cranky!
