Anybody considering hiring this excellent cleaner should be aware that "Lucy Dobson" does not exist, but that this is the cleaner herself (called Monika or Monica) advertising with fake references.

She also posts as "Alice Howat", although this account has now been renamed to "Charlottemum".

Admin, these accounts have been reported multiple times, why are they still not banned?
