I think you've done the right thing consulting with professionals first. I would have hoped they could find something though!
Maybe taking time to listen to your body is what is needed.
Everyone is different. Some people need to snack. Some people thrive on extra carbs. Whatever it is, there's a "healthy" for everyone.
Sometimes overexercising and undereating actually causes the body to store fat! This happened to me in January/Feb when the weather was cold & I was exercising a lot to keep warm!
I gained a lot of weight following a change of jobs, a series of injuries and the low morale that goes with that. I lost the weight myself but keeping it off has been rife with frustrations & mistakes...and yet again low self-esteem!
I have suggested it before - maybe have a read of The Goddess Revolution by Mel Wells. She also does an "academy" which I've not tried. No connection, just a goddess
Other suggestions that are equally non-scientific & open to criticism would be acupuncture, check if you do better without certain foods (cut out one thing at a time). Make sure you aren't constipated (a big sign for me that I am eating the wrong thing at the moment).
Good luck.
I am no expert, apologies as this is what you asked for! I just don't always believe weight loss comes from searching for "weight loss" if you know what I am getting at?
