We do exist! and I am in Battersea. I am technically a commercial interior
designer; over a long career my area of expertise became specialist chefs
kitchens. This niche role evolved as a result of being a designer. who also
runs a cooking school.
So I know how chefs work, and can create designs specific to their needs.
I have designed portable chilled-roll out stations for pastry chefs, unique
shape island units for teaching and demos, cake decorating stations, raw
food prep areas.......
I do not design kitchens in order to maximise the amount of products sold (worktops, bench units, appliances). I design for specific function, then a style and comfort level for the chef/chefs using the space on a daily basis.
