For anyone still looking for a newborn photographer, I would be happy to hear from you and help with your baby photo shoot.
I am based in SW London and organise the session in the comfort of your home. All studio lighting and props for the session travel with me :)  For more details, head to my website and if interested, do get in touch!

100% agree with Alchemy's post from June '17 - extortionate pricing. Nousha Photography fees for a photo session are £150. If you want a picture from your 1 hour session it is a further £150 per image. The website's "how to find us" until recently included directions from Battersea helipad which gives you an idea of what they think of themselves!

I can recommend Valentina, too!

Emanuela was great, too; http://emanuelaredaschi.com/
She was based in Clapham South but I think she may have moved abroad - worth contacting her.

We had a newborn session with Emanuela, and a toddler session with Valentina.

There is also a baby and newborn photography association: http://www.banpas.co.uk/

I'd recommend going to a studio, unless you are absolutely sure that the light in your property will be adequate for a session.

Hi,
I live in Balham and travel to your home, bringing a studio to you, for a personal and relaxed photo-shoot, where you and your baby are the centre of attention. My aim is to provide you with natural images surrounded by your own home and your favourite things and I can produce more stylised images. There is no pressure to buy prints as I provide up to 30 high resolution digital images for you to keep and share which you can arrange to have personally printed if required.
For examples of my work please see:

Hello!

Not sure what type of photographer you're after, but if you're looking to capture the intimate moments of your bubs early days, then I would love to help!

I offer generous discounts to Nappy Valley people as I prefer to shoot locally and I have reviews on my site and Facebook page for you to check out.

I can recommend Jeremy Peters who's based in SW11. All his work with newborns and mums can be seen on his website www.jeremypetersphotography.com. Really good value and gets some wonderful pictures!

I do newborn photographs - the natural kind and not the posed ones. This is my website and I am based in SW18.

I hope you find a photographer that matches what you are looking for.

I recommend Anna Hindocha of Warmglow Photography. Mum of two, including a darling little new born, she photographs children and babies at their own "pace" not hers. You can see some of her work on her facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/warmglowphoto

I had my newborn photos done by Valentina - she's based in SW11 but SW19 is not far. She has a studio which you could go to or she can travel to your home. I absolutely loved the photos she took of our little family and a few are hung up on the wall at home. I bought a USB with her prints so I was able to print off what I wanted.
Absolutely lovely lady, and no sales pressure which really helped. She's won several awards for her work, and her prices are clear on her website.
Website: http://www.photograface.com
Hope this helps.

Not Nousha: Crazily overpriced and trading on the fact that people have already a lot (of time) invested and don't want to offend, and will therefore feel bad for not at least buying something.

I would rather pay a decent fee for the session and digital files of all shots, and then get my own prints etc made at a much more reasonable cost.
