Ascension Church in Malwood Road, Balham, does Toddlers on a Thursday morning during term times. It is £3 per family (free if the child is not walking yet), with tea/coffee and biscuits provided. It is a great place to socialise with other carers.
Get there early to get in because numbers are limited to 85 toddlers! Term starts in September so do get in touch!
