If it is the pipe to the street is it not Thames Water's responsibility? I recently had to check their website for similar and there is a helpful diagram that shows which you have to call your own contracter for, and which you need to call them for.

hello! looks like a pipe going from the house to the street my have burst as the soil is drenched. Anyone has any recommendations for someone to come and have a look/fix it? Presume a plumber but some might be better for exterior work. thanks
