Hi All,

I am looking for a delicious carrot cake for my son's christening - I specifically don't want anything covered in icing which is highly stylised - looking for something a bit more natural...I like the cakes on this local website www.baxterandbelle.co.uk but they are unfortunately not able to help this time around - anyone know anything similar? Nicky Kirk Martin also not available as I know she is recommended a lot (and is doing my daughter's birthday cake!)
