Don't know if anyone has seen the sign for the new nursery called Apples and Honey on Nightingale Lane. We live round the corner and I had a few toys to give away so I popped in to see if they could use them. Wow what an amazing place with a garden and play space to die for! The idea to mix a nursery with the elderly is inspirational. The lovely residents I spoke to at their baby and toddler group said that they can't wait to see the children as it lights up their day. I also heard a radio 4 five minute piece about the project and it brought a tear to my eye!

FYI for those interested I noticed and open day coming up on Monday 21st August from 1-3pm. Def worth a look...
