We had the same problem - guttering terribly blocked, and I couldn't find anyone to do it (even asked window cleaner but his ladder wasn't high enough). I eventually called Multiserve (one of those local job-by-the-hour, all-areas-dealt-with companies you often see either recommended or advertised on here) and I was actually really pleased. They were prompt, quick and efficient, and the guy took a photo on his phone of the clogging in the gutter so I could see what had been the problem. I'm a little nervous of hiring by the hour, rather than per job, as you never know how long something may end up taking, but it was a two-hour bill and I was very happy with the service.
