I agree with Samawali's comments..why the negativity, 'school's fawning', 'double standards', 'heavy traffic'(!)...??
George was not met by the Head of School. The Head of School was at the front entrance shaking hands and welcoming the children...no lines/queues, just a steady flow. George was essentially taken in through the back door with very limited media access. The media all used the same image/video from one source. Whether you like it or not, a picture of George on his first day of school gathers global media interest:-) Of course the Paps will show up, hoping to catch a glimpse of him through the car window. It was much safer, for all the kids being dropped off, for George to entrance the school separately. Contrary to what some think, the other children were then unaware of the media interest and therefore the children start off on the same 'pegging' in the classroom.
