She is very efficient, thorough and energetic and her English is pretty good too. I've just spoken to her and she has avaliability on Tuesdays, Wednesday afternoons and Friday mornings. Not sure about an 8.30 start and you would have to check with her as she drops off her child to school in Tooting Broadway.

Reliable English-speaking cleaner needed for family home in Balham to start as soon as possible. Must be able to start at 8.30am on a weekday. Our current cleaner does the job in 4 hours and is fantastic, but the agency has put the hourly rate up by 20 per cent with one week's notice so we are looking again. I can pay £10 an hour and ideally would like someone who could do extra time now and then to do a bit of ironing. Checkable references required. Please DM me if you're interested.
