Hi Annabel,

The course is on 3 days (Tuesday 17th, Thursday 18th and Friday 19th July, 10 - 2)
On one day we will be preparing, cooking and eating a 3-course dinner party menu.
On another, we'll be baking and there'll be a mixture of sweet and savoury bakes, again plenty to eat and some to bring home.
The other day (in no particular order) we will be learning how to prepare and cook a 2 course Sunday lunch when timings are all.
There'll be no flambe-ing, spun sugar or sous vide-ing but there will be so many useful-every-day type skills that I hope might appeal to your son or daughter.
Ther's no need to do every day but there will be a momentum, I think, across the 3 days.
I hope that helps.

Thank you for asking
Stephanie

Can I ask what sort of skills they learn and how long is the course?

I have a few spaces left on a small hands-on, at home course I am running for young people - w/c 16th July. There are 3 dates available.

Drop me a line if you’d like to know a bit more.

Thank you
