This Au Pair will never tell you if your children do anything naughty with that reaction! How will you know when they do anything wrong? Having childcare is teamwork.

I was thinking the same thing. She "accepted" really poor treatment from her employer because she loved the kids, I read somewhere...
 

Totally awful and I feel some people treat their au pairs as servants with zero respect towards them. To reduce someone to tears is bullying at the very least and I know this sounds extreme but we must never forget Sophie Lionnet the au pair who was murdered by her employer Sabrina Kowider.

This is indeed unacceptable. Did you go and speak to the mum to tell her that her behaviour was inappropriate ?

Those kind of “incidents “ happens often-some employers think that they are actually own the Nannies or au pairs if they pay them to provide childcare services.
Most of them won’t report them because they actually love and care the children and don’t want the parents to get in trouble and children to suffer after.
Honestly some parents don’t deserve those girls mercy got the children sake.

So a sister hits a sister and the au pair gets shouted out - was she visibly upset?

If you are the mum who shouted at your au pair in Battersea Park this week, shame on you.

Spotted a minor accident at the pitch and putt where a little girl was hit by her sister while playing pitch and putt. From what I could see it wasn't the au pair's fault but the poor girl was lambasted by the mum and was utterly distraught. It was extremely distressing to witness.
