I can recommend Riga Interiors, owner is Vitaliy Gromov. Have used them for two properties in the last 9 years. One was a 2 bedroom flat, the other was a 5 bedroom house. Did a great job in both.

Everything from minor structural (internal wall removal, structural beam installation) to decorating, complete bathrooms, flooring, patio, and things like complete electrical rewiring and replumbing.

Did not use them for kitchen fit-out, but it is personal preference, I believe the kitchen supplier's own fitters will do a better job.

Would use them again for my next renovation project.

I don't want a blast of ads back!! can anyone who has had a loft conversion give me an idea of how long the loft to took to complete once work started?

I agree with Nickdover61 as we also used Greenlife Contractors to do our building work. They were trustworthy and professional! I believe they're based in Parsons Green but will cover Clapham Common. Give them a call !

I'm also interested in finding a good builder but cost is very big factor for us.  We have a lot of square feet to renovate but not a huge budget.  I took a look at Algom's website and the properties are beautiful and high spec finish - I'd love this but wonder as to cost. Cilis - do you know if they are high end builders with costs to match?
