I started personal training last month and now 4 weeks into a 12-week program. My trainer is Samantha from http://www.motivatept.co.uk and she is great! She comes to my home whilst my little one sleeps twice a week - which is ultra convenient for me.

I am very happy with the results, already seeing a smoother and more toned stomach and slimming down my hips as well - her attitude is so non-patronising or judgemental. I am not a big fan of exercise so having someone like Sam who can make it fun and motivational is ideal. Exactly what I was looking for and would highly recommend her to anyone who is not a natural exercise fan.

I just wanted to recommend my personal trainer, Amy Knipe.

I have just had my 5th training session with her and she's fab!

I have always HATED any form of exercise and so felt that I needed a PT in order to motivate me to get off my backside and do some exercise and the great thing about Amy is that she's absolutely lovely and keeps the sessions so varied that they fly by.

But best of all, you see results very quickly! I have had numerous comments from people that don't know that I'm now working out, after only a few sessions.

If you're thinking about toning up or getting back into shape, I highly recommend Amy. She works out with you on Clapham Common using a variety of equipment such as kettle bells, TRX and ViPR.
