Finding myself embroiled in my husband's 'mid-life crisis' about 7 years ago, it shocked me to the core. I thought it was 'a red sports car' kind of thing! I have been to hell and back. With book-shelves full of all the self-help books you can imagine and thousands down on a myriad of courses both here and in the States on saving marriages I can report that I survived!
It strikes me that from all that experience and cost I have the ability to fast-track anyone finding themselves in a similar shocking situation, and save them the pitfalls of my own journey. My children suffered big time and I can see so clearly a way to, at the very least, alleviate that suffering for all concerned, including and perhaps very importantly the one going through the crisis.
From what I have learned, I find myself helping a variety of people suffering depression, suicidal thinking, stress, anger, relationship issues, frustration and generally the down-side of life. I also find myself helping parents and children/teenagers going through various dynamics.
'Positive thinking' is not the answer.
So anyone interested in a conversation, please get in touch. I would love to alleviate any burdens being carried. I feel it time for me to spread my wings and do what I am more than capable of doing.
