Our wonderful nanny is available from mid August. She is a fantastic, experienced nanny who has looked after my two daughters since they were 4 years old and 6 months old (they're now 8 years and 4.5 years). She is warm, patient, kind but firm, and great with my kids, who love her. She cooks and has got them to eat a wide range of foods, and she is very sociable and plans loads of activities for them (local as well as museums, farms etc). She also helps support their learning about letters and numbers from an early age. She is always punctual and reliable, and great at communicating with me and being consistent with the way we parent. For the last couple of years she has brought her son with her (now 2.5) and the girls have really enjoyed playing with him and watching him grow up. He attends nursery two mornings a week and she works at a discounted rate for the hours she is looking after her son.
I've now got three kids so sadly need different childcare arrangements but we will miss her very much. If anyone is looking to employ a brilliant nanny, I would be happy to tell you more.
