Thank you for your question; Baby massage classes are suitable for babies from 6 weeks until crawling. During the course we teach you how to adapt the techniques/strokes for your baby as they get more mobile. The classes are very relaxed so you can tend to your babies needs whatever they are. If they need/want to wriggle for a while on the mat they can do that and you can practice the strokes at the next class. Each week we review the strokes learnt at the previous class so you won't miss out on any area of the body.
