:) “I have been practicing yoga with Julie for some years now, and I have complete confidence in her teaching.
Julie’s instructions and explanations are extremely clear and I find I can push and challenge my body. After each session I feel totally stretched, toned and relaxed. She is a very committed, hands-on, thorough, and encouraging teacher, and I really value my time with her.”
Julie has expanded her outreach by teaching in a more intimate way at her home studio. This is absolutely perfect for anyone just beginning or for more advanced students as the smaller numbers allow for more individual attention - perfect!
