We have recently starting using Vikki Herbert, Equity Partner at Thackray Williams, as a specialist leashold/freehold solicitor. Vikki is advising is on leases, management of LPE1 forms and transfer of shares at the point of sale and other legal matters. She works with/has suggested we use Louise Park at Virtual Company Secretary Ltd to take on the administrative load of our freehold company and also has links with management agents should we decide to work with an agent over maintenance. Vikki is very knowledgeable. Louise works with both small and large leasehold/freehold block management and provides referees on request. Rates are very reasonable - £250+VATpa for the virtual secretary role and the same for each LPE1 form (which falls to the seller and not the freehold company). Hope that helps.
