Pregnancy Reflexology

Hello Lovely Mums!

Have you ever had reflexology?  Have your stress levels shot up in pregnancy because of all that's going on? Are you struggling to sleep?  Why not give reflexology a go!  I promise at the end of the session you will feel relaxed, calm and better than you did before.  And the best thing about it? I'll come to you at home (postcode depending in London).  I'm a science degree qualified Naturopath and do all sorts including reflexology, nutrition, baby sleep support, baby massage, baby reflexology and toddler reflexology!  I'm £75 for a 55 minute reflexology session and if you want to know more, just google  'Katie Ruane the family naturopath' and my website should be there.

I'll also happily have a chat with you on the phone to explain more if you want to know more before booking in.

Katie
