Rumour has it that they didn't pay their rent on several of their shops and they were evicted.  The owner seems to be a pretty nasty piece of work - he was caught on camera trying to drive a cyclist into a hedge and then threatening to kill him when he got out of the car.  Good riddance in my opinion...
