Absolutely worth the money. I live in a two adult household, and its paid itself over many times in the 5 years I've had it. So if you have a family, and much more hot water consumption, I can imagine it to be even better value for money.
There's the space saving element, if you have precious counter space. Then there's the precious time saved in the morning, waiting for a kettle to boil. Or before cooking.
I can't remember exactly how much I paid, but I remember shopping around and the best deal was a good £200-300 cheaper than "standard" price. I went for a base model, so I think it was around £600-800? And installation was "free" as I was doing a new kitchen at that point with new quartz worktop, so got the installer to drill the hole as included in the price and the plumber for the kitchen to install it for me as included too.
I did also look around to see if a "cheaper" competing brand was worth going for, but in the end decided that Quooker was by far the superior choice, even at the premium price. Things might have changed by now though, 5 years on.
