Hi Cat and Mouse, you're very welcome to come along for a visit to Swaffield. We run small tours every Friday morning at 9.15am during which you'll have chance to meet our Head Teacher, Julia Hamilton, ask any questions, and have a look around the school with some of our Year 6 children. Please use this link to book a date that suits you: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/DQKB3W5  We look forward to meeting you.

Echoing the previous post in terms of touring the schools that you're in catchment for, to get a feel for them.

Quick shout out for Swaffield, which you would be in catchment for. It's not one of the better-known ones but we were bowled over when we visited, and our little one is loving it there.

Recommend you search the internet and read the “Choose a Wandsworth primary school” brochure. The schools team at the council can also tell you more about which schools you would have got into from your address in past years. I don’t know Strathville especially well, but you are I think not also a million miles from Wimbledon Park primary, which is Merton, so worth asking the council for more info about cross local authority applications if you’re interested in that school. You may find you get more local info from SW18 mums’ network on Facebook, for eg, as this site can be a bit more between the Commons centric. I personally recommend visiting schools and making your own decision as you will find people with good and bad things to say about every school. Do go along to eg summer fairs etc as well to get a feel for the place!

Hi all, we are new to Earlsfield and starting to think about primary schools for my eldest. Could anyone let me now which ones I should be looking at and can anyone tell me are we restricted to Earlsfield or can we look at Southfield schools as well? We are on Strathville Road. Thanks very much.
