Thanks. So probably not my thing. I am sold on Neapolitan pizza but found Santa Maria in Fulham a slight disappointment (good ingredients but the dough wasn't the best).

I like Meridionale in Fulham, Pellone in Battersea,  Pernella and Figli del Vesuvio between Earlsfield and Tooting, and Vasiniko (Neapolitan for basil) in Covent Garden - possibly one of the best, lightest and easiest to digest doughs I have ever tried, even if it is cooked in a gas oven.

Zia Lucia isn't bad either.

More Northern, with excellent ingredients.  If you're sold on Neapolitan pizza then Santa Maria in Chelsea, Ealing and the West End is amazing.  The owner is a friend of mine and a genuine Neapolitan.

What kind of pizza is it?
Is it the traditional Neapolitan style, or a different kind? Neapolitan pizza is very very thin, and not crunchy. It's the kind of pizza you'd find at Pellone on Lavender road, Figli del Vesuvio between Tooting and Earlsfield, Rosso Pomodoro, etc. What would you compare it to? Thanks

I love this place.  I've been using it on and off since it opened, including tonight.  Every time, the order is right, on time and served with a smile.  Oh and it tastes great too.  Often we, understandably, take to social media to complain about a business but forget to compliment them.  Thanks Manifesto Pizza and long may you continue on Northcote Road.
