Hi Camille,
I am a NappyValley mum & I am also a qualified solicitor who specialises in Wills & Probate. I have done many Wills for NappyValley clients as well as lots parents at my daughter's school in Balham. I try & make it easy for clients, I meet them locally & they usually don't need to come onto the office (unless they want to of course!)

My firm is Ziadies solicitors and we are based in Brixton with an office in Victoria. The phone no is 020 7370934. My email is louisa@ziadies.co.uk.

I would strongly recommend seeking solicitor's advice wen doing your Will as there may be a number of issues you are not aware of that specialist advice assists you with. Believe me I have administered numerous estates where bad will drafting has led to litigation getting everyone annoyed and depleting the estate...

Give me a call and we'll have a chat. I don't work every day; my mobile number is 07931 362018.

Good luck with it all, I hope I can help,
Louisa

I recently made a will online which was checked by a solicitor but was alot cheaper and easier than having see one face to face. http://www.glosslegal.co.uk

Hi,

I posted about this a while back, here is the link to the responses I got....

We used Charles at Gibson Forge

I think I'm right in saying that he's a retired solicitor so has the training but doesn't have the practice certificate anymore since focusing on wills (which you don't need a solicitor's license to do).

Not a very uplifting subject but I need to update my will. With our solicitor having left the area I wondered if someone could recommend a reasonable (price wise) solicitor to read and legalise my amended will. Don't fancy doing it online and would be good to have a local legal contact anyway.
Any ideas? Many thanks...
