I run a 2hr class in the area (morning or evening), on getting ready for life with two, and I have some space next week if you are interested.

I cover tricks of coping with 2, and simple techniques to avoid sibling jealously, so you can maintain that special relationship with your first child.

The session is also a chance to think about birth 2nd time round, get a refresher on pain free breastfeeding and on developing good sleep patterns.

It's also an opportunity to ask any questions you have about your older child and the stages they are going through/about to go through, and a nice way to meet others with similar age gaps.

I run classes in Grandison Road, just off Northcote Road, and it's £85 for the 2hr session (which may go on for longer as people get to know each other over a cup of tea or two!).

That's great there is some interest- I was beginning to think no one would reply!

Thanks for the offer of a coffee morning Grigorjo. How about we book something in for some time after Easter so Bamse can join and perhaps any others who are interested? I can pretty much make any day though my son will be settling at a new nursery on Tuesdays and Fridays after Easter.

We could private message our email addresses to you if you're able to send an email out? Hope that is ok?

Hi,

I'm due mid-May with my second and would love to meet other mums due around the same time. My son will be nearly 2.5 years old by then. I'm happy to host a coffee morning at my house in Balham if anyone's interested.

Hope to meet you and your little ones soon!

Hi, my second is due in June as well & my first will also be two then! I'm also looking for new friends as most of the ones I made first time around have either left London or are working full time. I so enjoyed having the company and numerous coffee mornings last time around!

Let me know when you're free to meet up (will need to be after Easter)

2nd time mum Due June '12 - mum's group?

Hello,

I'm moving to a new place between the commons and am due to have my 2nd child in June(there'll a 2 year gap between the two).

I was wondering if anyone due around May / June is interested in starting up an informal tea group / mums group? Was really lovely to have my NCT friends throughout my first pregnancy and beginning of motherhood, so I was hoping to have something similar - albeit a little more hectic with 2 children!

I look forward to hearing from you!
