Neils Yard on Northcote Rd or Clarins Spa in Peter Jones... Im A huge fan of clarins products and the package i got (thanks to my dearest mummy!) head to toe mummy-to-be massage plus facial was just sn sbsolute bliss, i fell asleep :-)

I was full of water retention for my 1st pregnancy so the type of massage abd the cream she used helped ti get rid of it (went to the bathroom a lot that day 8-) )

Enjoy! After when baby is born, use Return to glory and choose what you want, they come to your house!

Sx

I would recommend Gretcha at the Vitality Centre on Merton road. She does a good strong massage so very effective. I went to her last week at 39 weeks very keen to have my baby so she focused on pressure points to induce labour. My baby girl was born at 6 the next morning! Not sure if that was fluke or not but she certainly helped all my aches and pains from lifting my 18 month old.

For the whole pregnancy mum pampering experience, I highly recommend Cupcake. I went several times while pregnant and it was pure bliss. Once I got a facial/massage, and the next day at work 5 separate people commented that I was absolutely glowing and pregnancy really agreed with me. I told none of them I had paid for that glow!!

They also have a creche for the toddler

Where can I go for a good pregnancy massage?

Hi all,

Am 36 weeks preggers, tense and exhausted running after my toddler. I could really do with a massage to help me relax a little bit, but the last time I indulged myself I was a bit disappointed. The massage lady spent most of the time fiddling around with pillows and I spent a lot of time sitting up, none of which wasnt very relaxing

I hear that some people use massage tables with perfectly placed 'bump holes' meaning you can lie down on your front and get comfy.

Any ideas where I can get a decent massage? Ideally would be lovely if they could come to my house, so I can dose off afterwards!

Thanks
A x
