Hi all,

Before the downpours started about 6 weeks ago, I bought a little 50cc scooter for some summer fun... From day 1 the electric start was a little temperamental but it has been starting fine, with the kickstart - until last night. I'm not mechanically-minded at all so unfortunately can't explain what could've happened. I have spent the morning calling local bike shops to look at it but no one is interested as they only deal with 'their' particular brand/s. The original dealership is in Kent so at the minute I am stranded. From what I'm told, the problem is not a huge issue... It's just location.

Does anyone know someone, who knows someone that knows bikes, how they operate and maybe dabbles in repairs as a side hobby or business? I'm just not really sure what to do next???
