Re: Happy Faces kids hair salon WEBBS ROAD SW11 6SF

Perhaps someone should email them this post. I get sick to death of the rudeness and none smiley people that seem to work in London but I would expect a lot more from people that work with children. They are nothing but miserable when I've been in there, never attempt to hold the door open for you when struggling to get your buggy through and never interact with your child. They've certainly lost me as a customer.

Do not bother with Happy Faces, Webbs Road which should really be renamed Sullen Faces! The girls that work there have a funereal look about them and don't interact with the children (their clients) at all!
They're not just miserable, they're rude too! I'd much rather pay the same amount of money and go to Sally's instead!

I wish I'd read the reviews here before ruining my afternoon/my mood by going there!

I also had a bad experience here, they don't really understand that you need to be quick cutting kids hair as well as doing a good job! They took so long to cut my Son's hair that he got completely fed up and we had to leave with half a hair cut. At least 3 other kids in the shop were also screaming, it definitely put him off getting his hair cut for a long time.

In the end I took him to Costas and Andys on Garratt Lane in Earlfield, they are fab

Beautiful salon....but in my opinion i would rather pay the same price for a good haircut without all the gimmicks.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but going to the hairdressers is about the quality of the cut, and for that reason I would also avoid Happy Faces. :(

Awful haircut and expensive. Sandy at Trotters for me any day of the week

Totally agree. Grumpy faces and bad haircuts, which take about 5 minutes to do. It's a real shame as it's such a lovely place. I will give my money to Sally's any day of the week. She costs the same and the haircuts are much better, take 20-30 minutes, she is nice and friendly and leaves you feeling like she actually wants your business.

i don't recommend the first appointment of saturday morning - we found only very grumpy faces on reception. and the hairdresser was not exactly enthused either.

we were not keen to go back!

I have to agree with the previous post, quite grumpy faces, especially the girl at the till on 3 different occasions.
It's such a shame because it's a nice place!

For kids hairdressers unfortunately I don't find the staff that smiley or enthusiastic. Maybe just bad experiences for me.

My son had a very wonky fringe cut in last week - can I come and have it tidied up? x
