Playzone at Wandle Recreation centre in Wandsworth. Many friends had their kids party there and were very happy. There is also little outdoor playing area which is great if the weather is nice.

You can try the Kalos Centre on Endlesham Road, Harrison's on Bedford Hill, Balham Library Hall and the Common Ground on Wandsworth Common. I've been to/held parties at these venues and I would recommend them.

Have a lovely party x

Venue for a 1st Birthday Party?

Hi,

I'm trying to find a venue at which to hold my sons 1st birthday party and would appreciate any suggestions. As I live in a flat I don't have a lot of space so am essentially looking for a room or hall that I can use preferrably in Balham, Clapham south or Tooting Bec. I don't need entertainers (what's the point at this age?) so places like Bertie & Boo are out. I just want somewhere I can bring some toys, my own party food and let a group of 1 year old crawl/toddle/play til their hearts content. It would be great if it wasn't run down, was child friendly and even better if we adults were allowed to have a glass of wine on the premises (but not essential!).

Thanks for your help!
