I would definitely recommend. I have lost almost 2 stone in 3 months with a 2 week holiday and big milestone birthday celebrations in there too. Hasn't felt like dieting really. My hubby was so impressed he's now signed up and lost 1/2 stone in 2 weeks!

Just heard about Jane Plan through a friend and wondered whether or not to sign up for a month to help me get into my little black dress for an event I have. Apparently some NVN mums have used it, any one recently? Would love to hear about it before i take the plunge :)
