Hi everyone,
I run the MONDAY class at Alderbrook Primary School...
What people say:
Kuki:
Just wanted to say that I started the class in Dec and love it so bought a 10 class card. I am very unfit and my fitness levels have only got worse since my son was born in 2010 but i hate gyms and i find running outside depressing in winter. Mel's class is like a dance lesson and doesn't feel like exercise, the music is great and Mel is super enthusiatic. I have zero coordination and still manage to follow so don't let that put you off either. Also, the first class is free anyway so why not just come and see for yourself as you've got nothing to lose!
Amy:
I've been going to this class too. It is superb and great fun! Mel is a fab teacher, it's easy to follow, you really feel like you're dancing and having fun rather than just working out. It's a proper full body workout too, just what my post-twins body needs! I wish I could go every day!
Ani:
I have been attending Mel's classes for a couple of months. Having not exercised for a long period of time, I as initially apprehensive. I wanted to tone up and improve my stamina. Once I had attended my first class I was hooked. Mel is a wonderful instructor, who is energetic and works you hard. Her class has easy to follow moves that give you an intense all over work out. Her music is varied and great to work out to.
I have used many gyms and trainers for the past 20 years and this class is up there with the top 3!!!! I have definitely seen an improvement in my fitness level and body tone. Mel's classes are affordable, fun with great results. I would definitely recommend this class.
We start back
this Mon 7th Jan and would love to have you come along and join us!
Just bring comfortable clothes, trainers, a towel and some water. There are changing/toilet facilities and a reception area available on site.
Text / email to register or just turn up 5 - 10 minutes before class starts, and get ready to dance!
I look forward to meeting you!
