Hi there "ballsintheair"

My business partner and I have just set up a family law practice in Battersea, on Lavender Hill. We were previously at top ranked family law practice Withers, and we are now offering the same service but at a more affordable rate. I appreciate your post is a few months old, but if you're still looking for some advice, I'd be happy to have a chat over the phone and see if we can help.

Have a look at our website, which is www.burgessmee.com

Best wishes

In need of a family law solicitor

My ex partner and I have been separated for six years and have two children aged 8 and 6. It's been a very rocky road and we still own a house together which I recently moved out of with the children and which is now let. To cut a very long story short I need my share of the equity from that house in order to buy a new home for my two little people but my ex won't agree to sell or buy me out. Although I have some legal rights (not many as we weren't married), enforcing a sale could work out very expensive and there are added complications in that he has a lot of debt and money troubles. I'm wondering if any of you have had a similar experience and have some advice or if anyone knows of a reasonably priced family law solicitor. Grateful for any advice.
