I found Keilly (http://www.fosterfitness.co.uk) on this website back in June and have been training with her ever since. I have had amazing results and can highly recommend her as a personal trainer.

Her phone number is 07900 605 557.

Personal Trainer for my Husband?

Thought this would be a great Xmas gift ...

We are in Clapham South - so near the common!

He does a lot of weight training during the week at the gym- but is keen to get his fitness/cardio back up to what it has been in the past.

With the long dark winter looming - I thought a tough personal trainer may help get his fitness back. This would have to be in the evening or early morning.

.....so any ideas or recommendations would be great.

Thanks
