We are using PAYE nanny and i wouldn't use anyone else. they are uncomplicated and really reasonable £115. Good luck, its a bit of an uphil struggle to get it all in place but once it is all sorted its brilliant. Make sure you hold out for the right nanny too. there are loads out there so hang ouy for the right one for you.
