Julie's classes are a god send. Having started as a beginner a few years ago I am now a convert. The home studio is a peaceful haven and Julie's teaching is both personal and inspiring and leaves one with a sense of well being.

Would recommend these classes highly. Julie has an amazing ability to encourage you to do just that bit more than you thought you could without pushing. Finally yoga makes sense!

Classes are held in Bellevue Village, in a serene and welcoming space, it's fully equipped, warm and smells delicious.

My classes are kept small and exclusive, that way I get to know what you need and what your capabilities are. The semi private setting ensures that you get tailor made, hands on teaching.
