Has anyone tried the Salt Caves for eczema?
Both my son and I have rhinitis so we have been going once a week, my husband was highly sceptical but after about 6 weeks we noticed that my son's runny nose had cleared up and I stopped taking antihistamines everyday. It has been so good for us I am almost evangelical about the place
There is a children's room with a telly and toys - it is recommended for eczema, psoriasis, respiratory problems. I tried it as I thought the worst that could happen is that it didn't work - there are no side effects from salt on your skin!
The only down side is that we stopped for 8 weeks (other committments for our Saturdays) and the symptoms have returned, but they are less virulent. We shall be going back.
