Hi I can't rave enough about my boys' nursery in SW11
Bluebells Nursery School is the best place for my two boys who are as different as two children can be
The wonderful staff is so good with both of them and treats their individuality in such a lovely caring environment that I feel at ease each time I drop them off in the morning. The nursery is quite new with it's doors opened almost 2 years ago but the two head teachers have amazing experience and are extremely nurturing and have helped mold both my children into gorgeous young little boys with amazing personalities.
They are doing an open house Thursday March 21, but it's not just my word, every single parent who brings their child to this special loving place will say absolutely the same thing, do come along on the day and you will be pleasantly surprised by the amount of space both indoor and outdoor children have to explore! I will be there as well as all the other parents who love it as much as we do!

I hope I am not over complicating things but could I also suggest kidsunlimited nursery if you're looking around the Northcote Road area?

The new nursery is opening on the 25th March on Chatham Road (just off Northcote Road) I went to see it the other day and it looks amazing! There are 5 beautiful rooms for babies, toddlers and preschool as well as a large garden with a beach, lookout tower and storytelling area!

Have you looked at Blundells Nursery in Battersea - behind the Latchmere swimming centre, it is brilliant! The same staff for ten years, wonderful teaching and their fees are so reasonable. Both of my children went there and both of them were reading when they started school! The staff are so caring, I think you will be impressed. After a horrendous experience with Asquith Battersea and an ok-ish experience with a childminder, my son has been attending Learning Ladders for more than 1 year now. He is extremely happy and so are we.
We have to move house very soon and it will become a little far but we still want to maintain his routine because he utterly enjoys that place.
The staff is very caring, they are always up to date on what is going on with him - they actually know him - and they follow and encourage his inclinations.
The space outside is very large and they have a lot different creative activities they practice.
Well, you can tell I am enthusiastic because they really deserve all the praise they can get honestly.
I find that childcare is outrageously expensive and the least we can do as parents is to put them in good hands, and from my personal experience they are really really good.

Thank you for the posts, learning ladders I have had a look at it to, I do like it just not sure if that's what I really won't. Lavender Hill I found it a bit messy but the thing I liked when I wen to have a look is that kids very attached to the carer and the girl who was showing me around took her time to answer any questions kids had when she was showing me around unlike all the oth nurseries I have seen. As confused as ever learning ladders or lavender hill!!!

My son goes to Learning Ladders since he was 10 months and really enjoys it. They have space, a large garden, lovely rabbits and guinea pigs. The staff is wonderful and the cost is much more reasonable than all the other nurseries (230 per week full time) my first daughter had been before reception. I live in Clapham Common and the nursery is on my way to work to Victoria. The two lovely ladies who run the nursery for years never had a website so it has been difficult for me to find the nursery the first time, plus the number on the Ofsted was wrong... They are now making a website !

Hi,
I am like looking for a nursery for my son who is 2 yrs old. Have seen bridge lane I like it but the no of children here makes me a bit uncomfortable there is 1 person for 8 kids once they are 2 and a half year old. Another nursery I have been considering is lavender hill need to have a look at it but the thing that got be attracted to it is that they have unlimited settling in sessions they also say the parents can be there when their child is settling in not sure how much of that is true?
Again river side not sure how well that is either any rivers would be much appreciated many thanks.
