There are so many benefits to exercising during pregnancy; I couldn’t possibly list them all in this post. But, here are just a few of them:

• Increased ability to cope with labour & childbirth
• Better sleeping patterns
• Gained control of your body size & weight
• Decreased stress hormones & increased happy ones : )))
• Reduced back pain, stiffness & soreness
• Increased strength (preparing for lifting the baby, buggy & shopping!)
