Struggling to find time to exercise? 3 Free tips to help-

Three tips to fit exercise into your day:

- Do HIIT (high intensity interval training)- Short intense workouts (15 minutes) that burn lots more fat in a short amount of time, increase your fitness and metabolism so you burn fat even when you finish. These are great to do when your baby is sleeping.

- Turn your mums meet up's into a group training session and select a "designated driver"- i.e.. someone who watches over the little ones.

- Exercise in the morning before everyone is up. Remember, exercise doesn't need to take hours. Many of my clients have seen amazing results by doing 20 minute workouts three of four times a week.
