Have you tried Mystical Fairies? They're based in Hampstead and have a huge range of entertainers who will travel all round London. I (and several friends) have used them a couple of times and would highly recommend them for a little one's party. They definitely do a 'Rapunzel' party. Their website is www.mysticalfairies.co.uk.
